How can I get refund for printing errors?

Sometimes pages don't print properly due to technical problems with the printers, themselves. Whenever this is the case, you can submit a request for a refund, using the University's Help Desk system.
Simply login using your University username and password, and select 'Printing/Multi-Function Device' as your Request Type. Be sure to include as much detail as possible (inlcuding the number of pages lost, the date of the issue, what went wrong, etc.) in order to streamline the process.
Please note that, while the Library may help to maintain printers and assist with printing, refunds are provided by Information Systems.
